Morocco head coach Walid Regragui expects a good game when his nation takes on Senegal in the 2025 TotalEnergies Africa Cup of Nations on Sunday.

The clash at the Prince Moulay Abdellah stadium presents the two best ranked nations on the continent with a chance to claim only their second title in history.

“For now, we the focus is on the final game,” said Regragui when asked what he expects after the game. “We have one game against one of the best teams in Africa,” he added.

“For CAF and Africa, I think this is a dream final and hopefully, it will be a very a good game for everyone.”

This will be Morocco’s first Afcon final since 2004 when they lost to Tunisia while for Senegal, it is their fourth final and their third in four editions.
