Lugazi Municipal Football Club was ruthless during match day six of the Buganda Regional league in the Ssezibwa at the Uganda Martyrs Secondary school playground in Ssonde on Friday.

Gerrald “Mwenda” Ogwetti, Umar Kayemba and Denis Ojera were on target for Lugazi Municipal F.C, formerly T.Y Lugazi.

Coached by Daniel Ssegawa, Lugazi Municipal Football Club is now on 11 points, one less from the table leaders Kiwanga United with both sides having played six matches apiece.

In the other matches, Zirobwe Young overcame Africa Polysack 3-1 and Buikwe Red Stars fell at home 2-0 to Busula.

Luweero United edged Lugazi Nabugabo 1-0 while Seeta United were 3-0 winners over Uganda Martyrs Secondary School.

In the Katonga group games, leaders Nkambi Coffee fall 2-1 on the road to Green Valley as second placed Kajjansi United was held to a one all draw by Kakiri Town Council.

Both Nkambi Coffee and Kajjansi United have 11 points each.

During the other games, Busiro United overcame Kampala University Masaka 1-0.

The duel between Buwambo United and Econ (formerly Entebbe FC) failed to produce any goal dividend.
