Ayub Kisaliita has extended his contract at Wakiso Giants FC the club has confirmed.

This was announced on the club’s website revealing the former SC Villa, Vipers and Express FC player has signed a three-year new deal that will keep him at the club until 2022.

“Wakiso Giants is delighted to announce that Ayub Kisaliita has signed a contract extension that will keep him at the club until June 2022, with the option to extend to a further year,” read a statement on www.wakisogiantsfc.com.

The versatile Kisaliita who has the ability to play well at the heart of defence and in midfield says he was attracted to stay at the club for the treatment he’s got in his first year with the Purple Sharks.

“I’m very happy with everything that involves the club, my teammates, the staff and the management team,” said Kisaliita.

“This was the main reason I signed. I’m very happy because they have treated my very well since the first day I got here,” he added.

Kisaliita believes the team at disposal is good and will attain a lot of honours starting with gaining promotion.

“We have a good team, we need to be focused and if we are at 100%, we have lots of chances to do great things starting with helping the team to gain promotion.”

He becomes the second Wakiso Giants player to sign a new deal at the club after Hassan Wasswa Dazo.
