Tyrhys Lukonyomoi, 21, is a footballer who plays as a forward and midfielder for Portchester Atheltic Football Club, an entity featuring in the Wessex League premier division, based in Portchester, a suburb of the town of Fareham, Hampshire, England.
Like many players with African heritage, Lukonyomoi is no exceptional with his blistering pace on and off the ball, agility and the odd eye to find the back of the net.
His versatility is exemplified through the ability to play different positions on the field of play including attacking midfield, flanks (left and right) and the center attack departments.
Lukonyomoi was born in the United Kingdom on 15th May 2000 to Ugandan parents.

Lukonyomoi attended Our Lady’s Primary School, before he proceeded to Gregory The Great Secondary School in Oxford.
Presently, he is pursuing a degree in Business and Management at the University of Portsmouth.

Lukonyomoi has a dream of representing Uganda Cranes, the senior national football team as well as playing in the top five world’s football leagues.
“I have a dream of playing for Uganda Cranes and also featuring in the top five of the world’s leagues” he boldly asserts.
His role model is former Uganda Cranes legendary striker Majid Musisi (now deceased).
Majid Musisi is my role model. He was a clinical goal scorer for the clubs he played for both at home and in Europe. He was also a reliable talisman for the National team (Uganda Cranes)

At AFC Portchester, Lukonyomoi has featured in 29 matches and had 69 involvements in the goals scored since 2021.

Lukonyomoi previously played for the Oxford City U19s team, Oxford United Developments, Portsmouth University and Didcot Town before the AFC Portchester calling.
At Oxford City U-19, he scored 8 goals from 5 games, aged 15.
He then had a short spell with Didcot Town Reserves (2017-2018) where he majorly played as a center midfielder.
Lukonyomoi then featured for Oxford United Development, top scoring in the 2018-2019 season and most memorably scoring against championship side MK Dons.
At Portsmouth University, he is the king of assists since 2019 and second top scorer.
He is also a keen athlete having lately run 11.5 seconds in the 100-meter sprint.
