The Consy Aweko-led team get the Mehta Premier League against Gayaza High at Lugogo Oval today with Nile batsman Martin Ondeko in their dressing room. “I am here to give a helping hand,” Ondeko told Kawowo Sports.
And the side’s senior player Franklyn Najjumba is
optimistic they can phase out the opposition and make ends meet. “With coach Ondeko, there is light at the end of tunnel. His words will guide us to the summit.” Najjumba, who picked nine wickets, three dismissals and only suffered 70 runs in the 50-over tourney, added.
