Four-time champions want to make up for lost points in the first round, Sam Timbe and his players assert ahead of a home duel against Wakiso Giants.
The Tax Collectors are currently in top form winning four of the five games played this year despite managing only two in the first round.
“Every game for us is important at the moment as we lost so many in the first round,” said Timbe.
“The target is to win every game we play and we shall do all it takes to take all three points,” he added.
Both teams are tied on 26 points although the Tax men who lost the reverse fixture 2-1 have a superior goal difference that puts them one place above in 5th position.
Joshua Lubwama and Viane Ssekajugo will play against their former pay masters.
Meanwhile, the Purple Sharks continue to struggle after losing two key players in Frank Ssebuufu and Ibrahim Kasule to New York Red Bulls II and have been hit by injuries.
They are expected to miss key players for the encounter at Lugazi although John Ayala Luyinda will be happy to welcome Ronald Madoi and Ambrose Arinda back in the squad after missing the last game due to school and suspension respectively.
It remains to be seen whether they will have any centre forward available after missing all in the defeat to UPDF.
In the past five meetings, Wakiso Giants hold edge with two wins and one defeat.
