
Uganda has dropped two slots in the latest Coca Cola FIFA rankings that where released today(Wednesday). Uganda now is number 82 after losing their last AFCON qualifier against Angola insistently the Southern African nation has moved up 12 places to number 84.
Other East Africa nations like Tanzania lie in 126 position dropping one slot while Kenya who where 2-1 winners over Guinea Bissau in a Group J AFCON qualifier are up three places to 130. Rwanda is ranked 142 and have dropped four places after being thrushed 3-0 against Cote D’Ivoire.
The national team the Cranes will be seeking to qualify for the Africa Cup of Nations for the first time since 1978 when they host Harambee Stars of Kenya in their decisive AFCON Group J qualifier on October 8 at Mandela National Stadium.
