Underdogs G4S Pirates

Under dogs G4S Pirates go into tomorrow’s Nile Special Rugby Uganda Open final at Dam Waters rugby ground in Jinja as the outsiders as they battle favorities UTL Kobs.

But the club’s vice captain Dennis Etuket sees different ahead of the game. “It’s like any other game and we see this like a normal fixture,” he said. “We are under no pressure ahead of the game and we have put alot in training the good thing is that we are playing at a neutral ground and it doesn’t give anyone a upper hand.”

Pirates upset last year’s winners MTN Heathens 22-16 in the semi-finals while Kobs was a 17-10 winner over Entebbe Mongers. Pirates will be seeking to halt Kobs run as they stop them from claiming their fourth Uganda Cup having won it in 2006, 2008.

“We want to win this cup and we are ready to shock them,” Etuket said. “They are the favourities and that is not really a big deal.
