Life will never be the same at the 19th hole at the Uganda Golf Club after they signed a three deal with Tusker Malt Lager to reburbish the the club house and lounge at Kitante on September 12.
The deal was signed by representative board of trustees Uganda Golf Club Dr Martin Aliker and East African Breweries Sales Director Andrew Kilonzo.
The refurbishment of the Club House into an ultra modern bar and lounge will take approximately two months and will cost 200 million.
The weekly Wednesday club night will be now called Tusker Malt Lager nights with East African Breweries offering the club members amenities like the club’s products.
The leading regional brewery company just recently sponsored the biggest golf event on the Uganda Golf Union calendar, the 70th Uganda Amateur Golf Open Championship that was won by Philip Kasozi.
