Brian Ssenyondo is aware of the danger Busoga United posses as his Kitara side host them at Masindi Municipal stadium on Saturday.

The highly anticipated clash pits two sides with differing ambitions – the hosts aiming to stay in title race while the visitors want to stay afloat.

“We play a very difficult team that knows how to negotiate matches at this particular time of the season as has been the case in the last 4-5 seasons where they have been close to relegation,” said Ssenyondo.

“And the fixture comes at a time when our home form in the league has dropped but all we need is three points and we shall give everything to win,” he added.

Kitara, 48 points just one behind the leading pack of BUL and Vipers have not won at home in the league since a 3-0 win over URA.

During the time, they lost to Vipers and drew with both BUL and Mbarara City.

Busoga United are on 24 points, just two above safety and if defeated and results elsewhere go against them, they may drop to the relegation zone with two matches to go.

Hot Stat: Busoga United is unbeaten in the past three league meetings with 2 wins [D1].
