Soltilo Bright Stars FC chances of fending off relegation continue to dwindle by the day with the team failing to pick positive results.
A 2-0 defeat to BUL FC on Saturday at Kavumba Recreation Centre, piled more misery on Bright Stars who remain second from bottom.
BUL FC got the goals through defender Walter Ochora and striker Karim Ndugwa with both goals coming the second half.
Ochora opened the scores at the hour mark, raising highest to node home from Jeromy Kirya’s corner kick.
Ten minutes later, BUL FC doubled their lead with Ndugwa also heading home from close range, thanks to Nicholas Mwere’s cross.
With 12 games to play, Bright Stars find themselves second from bottom on 11 points, nine below the red zone.
BUL FC on the other hand move up to third place on 29 points.
