FUFA has on Tuesday morning conducted the draw for the round of 16 of this year’s Uganda Cup.
In the function held at FUFA Complex and conducted by former Uganda Cranes goalkeeper Ibrahim Mugisha, the remaining 16 teams got to know their opponents.
Vipers SC have been pitted against FUFA Big League outfit Blacks Power FC from Lira City.
It should be noted that Blacks Power FC under the stewardship of Bob Obira stunned NEC FC at the round of 16. On the other hand, Vipers SC eliminated Mbarara City FC.
KCCA FC will play Rwenzori Lions, BUL FC will host Total FC while Kitara FC will visit Gaddafi FC.
In the other fixtures, Maroons will be at home to Police FC in an all-Uganda Premier League affair, Karo Karungi will face UPDF FC, Gaddafi FC will entertain Kitara FC, URA FC will play Kataka FC while Lugazi will be up against SC Villa.
According to FUFA Competitions Director, the Round of 16 games will be played between 17-21 March 2025.
