- M: Kampala Rockets vs Nam Blazers – 9pm
The highly anticipated clash between City Oilers and Rezlife Saints is set to take place at Lugogo Indoor Arena on Wednesday night.
With both teams having expectations of securing the win, it is very hard to tell who will most likely pick the victory.
It will be Rezlife Saints’ sixth game of the season, having a record of four wins and one loss against UCU Canons. Rezlife returning to the NBL was quite a show after they won the Division One championship against Victoria Crocs who again gave them their first win in the NBL.
Rezlife Saints winning against teams such as Kampala Rockets and Livingstone, who played NBL last season and managed to stay up, shows that they are ready for any team that comes their way.
City Oilers have been performing well in the past seasons, winning ten straight championships, despite their two losses this campaign against JT Jaguars and Namuwongo Blazers.
City Oilers losing some players Mer Marker, Jimmy Enabu, Tonny Drilleba, and James Okello created some loopholes. The trio of Drileba, Enabu and Okello joined forces at Namuwongo Blazers, where they have played a significant role in lifting the Blazers to victory in all the games they have played thus far. However, this does not lower the Oilers’ abilities, having showcased good performances in the two games played, even with their top-performing players, Titus Lual, Ivan Muhwezi, and Fayed Baale, out injured.
The coaches, (Andrew Tendo, Oilers) and (Moses Okwera, Rezlife Saints), are in high spirits since they know they have an array of good players and this clash promises to be an exciting match.
The outcome of the game will clearly depend on which team will readily use their chances and counter the opponent’s strategy.

Nice piece 👏👏👏👏
