Ahead of the 2025 Uganda Secondary Schools Sports Association (USSSA) ball games 1 due in Bukedea district, the basketball draw for the boys and girls team was conducted at the GNS Plaza in Mengo, Kampala.
USSSA officials led by the CEO Christopher Mugisha Banage, technical official Ayub Khalifa Kiyingi, executive committee member Richard Muhumuza and other members of the secretariat staff graced the draws.
Grace Abalo, a senior education officer from the Ministry of Education and Sports attended the well draws.
“I want to congratulate everyone who made it to the national level. Sports is something that unites us all, so let’s protect it’s integrity.” Abalo remarked.
Marion, a basketball commissioner conducted all the basketball draws.
Basketball will be played in Bukedea district between 5th and 14th May 2025.
Meanwhile, the football (boys and girls) draws were also conducted. Football will be held in Ngora district (5th to 15th May 2025).
