Uganda Premier League side Vipers SC has established a new partnership with Kawempe Muslim Ladies Football Club.
The two clubs have agreed to a two-year contract in which Kawempe Muslim will officially serve as the women’s team for Vipers SC.
Previously, Vipers SC was affiliated with Wakiso Hill WFC, which was relegated to the FUFA Elite League.
As part of the agreement, Kawempe Muslim will have access to St. Mary’s Stadium in Kitende for both training sessions and match days.
With five league titles already in their cabinet, this partnership aims to empower Kawempe Muslim as they pursue their sixth title.
This collaboration comes at an ideal time as Kawempe Muslim prepares for their first-ever FUFA Women’s Cup final, scheduled for Saturday, June 28.
Further details about the partnership will be revealed during a press conference planned for the coming days.
