Somalian Alli Mohamed will be the referee’s assessor with Salim Omar Singano, the only Tanzanian on the panel the match commissioner.

On the same day, the battle for the top scorer’s gong will be decided with Mukwala in the race with 13 goals, three adrift of leading goal scorer Jean Ahoua of Ivory Coast.
