The different runners commence the Corporate Run last season

A number of companies have directly joined this noble cause to purchase mama kits, buy running kits and also support their respective staff.

  • Start & finish: NEC playgrounds, Bugolobi
  • Categories: 3KM, 5KM, 10KM
  • Kit fee: Ug.Shs 25,000
  • Kit pick up points: Cannur House (Kimera road, Ntinda); Acacia Mall (1st floor, opposite LC Waikiki area, Kololo)

For the third year in a row, the Corporate entity will garner together to achieve a key objective of bettering maternal health for the mothers.

Now a signature event under the Corporate Games, the Corporate Run is keenly awaited for as proceeds will be channeled towards purchase of the crucial mama kits for expectant mothers.

This year’s run will take place on Sunday, 12th October 2025 with the start and finishing point at the Bugolobi (Coffee) playground.

There will be different categories as 3KM (a walk for CEO’s and some expectant mothers), 5KM and 10KM.

The Ministry of Health, Electoral Commission of Uganda, Uganda Police, betPawa, Uzima, Ritz Medical Center, NEMA, NBS Sport, ilead Uganda, Novo Games, National Lotteries and Gaming Board, NODE Group, High5Media and others are all part of this worthy cause.

The Corporate Run initiative is timely and complements all our efforts in promoting antenatal visits and safe deliveries. As Ministry of Health therefore, we did not have a second thought to join the Corporate Run.

In the past 5 years, there has been a reduction by 50% as per the UDHS, in maternal mortality rate. More can still be done to give these expectant mothers a safe place to bring a life.

Running kits cost Ug.Shs 25,000 each per person and each mama kit is Ug.Shs 50,000.

Kit pick up points:

There are different kit pick up points as Cannur House (Kimera Road, Ntinda) and the Acacia Mall (1st floor, opposite LC Waikiki area, Kololo).
