South Africa Head Coach Hugo Broos has named his preliminary squad for the forthcoming Africa Cup of Nations in Morocco.
The Bafana Bafana gaffer becomes the first coach to release his squad for the tournament slated to take place between 21st December 2025 – 18th January.
As expected, the squad is largely comprised of locally based players majority coming from Orlando Pirates and Mamelodi Sundowns. Only 12 foreign-based players are part of Broos’ squad.
It should be noted that the deadline for submitting the final 23-man squad will be 12th December.
