The TotalEnergies CAF Champions League 2025/26 and the TotalEnergies CAF Confederation Cup 2025/26 resume this Friday, 23 January, as Matchday 3 of the group stages gets underway across Africa.

Match day three is the halfway of the group stages and could be decisive with the quarter finals the prize.

TotalEnergies Champions League

On Friday, record holders Al Ahly of Egypt face off with Tanzania’s Young Africans at Alexandria.

This will be Allan Okello’s continental debut for Young Africans in Group B.

Both sides are locked on four points following a win and draw in their first two matches.

TotalEnergies CAF Confederation Cup

In the Confederation Cup, the second tier of Africa’s club football will resume on Saturday.

Amongst the fixtures will be the East African derby involving Tanzania’s Azam and Kenya’s Nairobi City – home to Ugandans Titus Ssematimba, Mustapha Kizza and Charles Waibi.

Uganda Cranes captain Khalid Aucho will also be in action as Singida Black Stars host Congo’s AS Otoho in Dar es Salaam.
