Jinja based Uganda Premier league club, Bul Football Club has sacked Kefa Kisala as head coach.

We have sacked Kefa Kisala as head coach for the club. We are happy for his service he has offered since he arrived and we would like to wish him fruitful deliberations in future

Silver Alias, Bul Football Club Chairman told Kawowo Sports on Saturday.

The development follows BUL F.C’s 1-2 loss to nemesis club, Jinja Municipal Council F.C, which features in the FUFA Big league

Kawowo Sports caught the club’s training session at Kakindu Stadium on Saturday morning and Kisala was notably missing from the training which was being conducted by Kisala’s assistants – Joseph Mutyaba and Hussein Kato.

Why Kisala was booted:

Time over and again, Kisala, who has been coach of the side since 2012 has been under fire to deliver positive results.

The JMC loss might have been the catalyst but impeccable sources inside the club indicate Kisala’s relationship with the bosses at the helm of the club had grown sour.

The players themselves have never been happy with Kisala’s tactics and they have been back stabbing him. Kisala is also accused of having undeclared portions of the players’ sign-on fees.

A source that spoke to Kawowo Sports during the JMC vs BUL fixture, a day before his sacking said.

Kisala joins the ever growing list of other elite coaches to part ways with their clubs during the 2014/15 season.

These are; Shafik Bisaso (Rwenshama), Fred Kajoba (Simba),Richard Makumbi (Soana), Steven Bogere (SC Villa),  Vialli Bianomugisha (Lweza), Matia Lule (Entebbe) and lately Paul Nkata and Moses Basena (Kira Young).
