URA has on Monday confirmed the signing of creative midfielder Rahmat Senfuka. With the club aiming to perform better in the remaining games, such players with experience could br vital.

Senfuka last featured for Wakiso Giants who currently play in the FUFA Big League.

He comes to fill a void that has been left by Laban Tibiita who was deemed surplus to requirement by coach Hussein Mbalangu.

Given his experience, Senfuka arrives as a much needed player to offer creativity and calmness in the midfield.

He is the third mid-season signing for the Tax Collectors, joining Moses Waiswa and Disan Galiwango while defender Bright Vuni returned from his loan spell at Entebbe UPPC.

In his interview with the club, Senfuka expressed readiness to work and give his best on the pitch.

“This badge represents hard work, ambition, and belief. I’m here to fight for every ball, lead with my actions, and help URA FC achieve its targets. The trust from the coach and management means everything to me — now it’s time to deliver on the pitch.” He said as quoted by urafc.co.ug.

URA return to action on Wednesday at Hamz Stadium with a home fixture against Mbarara City.
