Mutesa 1 Royal University joined St Lawrence University to the quarter final of the 2025/26 Pepsi University Football League (UFL).
This followed Muteesa 1 Royal University’s 1-0 away to Bishop Stuart University in Mbarara city on Thursday, 12th March 2026.

Muteesa 1 Royal University thus completes top of Group B with 12 points, one better than Bugema University who beat Africa Renewal University 1-0 in Bugema.
Meanwhile, the other group B contest between International University of East Africa (IUEA) and visiting Kabale University ended 1-goal apiece.

On Friday, 13th March 2026, Mountains of the Moon (MMU) will host Mbarara University of Science & Technology (MUST) in Fort Portal Tourism city.
Sunday, 15th March 2026 will have two matches; Kampala University against Kampala International University and University of Kisubi (UniK) will play Uganda Martyrs in Kisubi.
