Algeria’s USM Alger, Morocco’s Olympique de Safi, Egypt’s Zamalek and Algeria’s CR Belouizdad are the teams in the semis.
Olympique de Safi edged fellow Moroccans Wydad Casablanca on away goals rule after drawing 2-2 away to reach the last four with the game tying 3-3 on aggregate.
Wydad saw their goalkeeper sent off in the 24th minute for a foul outside the area.
Sofiane El Moudane and Moussa Kone got the goals for Olympique de Safi while Mohamed Moufid and Hakim Ziyech scored for Wydad Casablanca in a drama filled clash.
In Cairo, Zamalek beat Congo’s AS Otoho 2-1 to get into the semi-final 3-2 on aggregate.
The Egyptian giants saw red with their goalkeeper sent off forcing outfield player Seifedinne Jaziri between the posts.
Hossam Abdel-Maguid and Oday Dabbagh got the goals for the Egyptian giants while AS Otoho consolation was scored by Grace Mavungo.
Zamalek will now face Algeria’s CR Belouizdad who eliminated another Egyptian side Al Masry following a goalless draw in Algiers after the two drew 1-1 in Cairo in the first leg.
Elsewhere, USM Alger beat DR Congo side AS Maniema 1-0 to advance 3-1 on aggregate and will now meet Olympique de Safi in the semi-finals.
