52nd Stanbic Uganda Cup (Quarterfinals):

  • Friday, 3rd April 2026: NEC FC Vs Vipers SC – MTN Omondi stadium, Lugogo (3:00 PM)
  • Saturday, 4th April 2026: URA Vs KCCA – Hamz Stadium, Kampala (3:00 PM)
  • Sunday, 5th April 2026: Kitara FC Vs Express – Royal Park – Butema, Hoima (3:00 PM)
  • Monday, 6th April 2026: Happy Boyz Kagaba Vs Sports Club Villa –Kagaba Primary School playground, Kassanda (3:00 PM)

The dates for the long awaited 52nd Stanbic Uganda Cup quarter final matches are now known after confirmations from the competitions department, now under  a new leader, Shawn Mubiru.

As the rest of the World particularly the Christian faith shall be merry making the Easter celebrations, football fans in Uganda will be gripped to witness the mouth-watering action.

First, on Good Friday (3rd April 2026); NEC will be entertaining the cup holders Vipers at the MTN Omondi stadium in Lugogo (3PM).

This will be followed by the clash between two authority side; Uganda Revenue Authority (URA) and Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA) at Hamz stadium (Nakivubo War Memorial grounds) on Holy Saturday (4th April 2026).

On Easter Sunday (5th April 2026); Kitara will play host to Express at the Royal Park in Butema, Hoima (3 pm).

The quarter finals will be completed on Easter Monday (6th April 2026) as surprise packs Happy Boyz Kagaba take Sports Club Villa at the Kagaba primary school playground in Kassanda district.

According to the competitions rules, there will be extra time of 30 minutes in case of a draw in normal time.

Post-match penalties shall then be taken if the contest (s) remain all square after the extra time.

These fixtures followed a successful draw held at the Plascon headquarters in Industrial Area, Kampala on Thursday, 26th March 2026 conducted by the managing director of Kansai Plascon in Uganda Dr Santosh Gumte, supervised by then FUFA competitions boss Hajjati Aisha Nalule.

The winner of the Stanbic Uganda Cup earns a ticket to represent the country at the CAF Confederation Cup.

The Stanbic Uganda Cup competition has been played since 1971.
