Australian based kick boxer, Piotr Logodzki has vowed to give the prized Ugandan fighter, Umar ‘The Pain’ Semata a bloody run for his money.

Logodzki, flanked by his personal coach, Robert Wilesmith told the media shortly after arrival at Entebbe International Airport on Tuesday about his intentions for the fight.

I am here for business. I expect to give my best ahead of the fight even though Semata is at home.

Lagodzki is based in Sydney and is ranked 10th by the World Kickboxing Federation (WKF).

Ugandan welterweight, middleweight and super middleweight Muay Thai kickboxer, also the current World Boxing Council Muaythai Super Middleweight International Champion has been undertaking vigorous training drills ahead of the fight that will take place on independence day.

Semata is based in Thailand and has 63 professional fights to his name. He has won 40, lost 20 and drawn just three fights.

Semata had earlier promised to knock out his opponent as early as the third round;

I have done enough training for the past two months. I here to defend my title. I can not just surrender this title moreover on home turf. I will finish him off by the third round. I therefore urge all the fans to make 9th October 2015 a red marked date to attend the fight

There are several under card fights of kick boxing and boxing lined up to spice up the day before the main event comes calling.

The fight promoter, Alice Namatovu once again reassures the public of the best fight ever.

In the ring, fans will get the true definition of thrills and action worth their money. There is enough security at the venue before, during and after the fight.

Official weigh-in of all the players lined up for the day shall take place on the fight match day eve (Thursday, 8th October 2015).

This will be the fourth time in the history books of Uganda’s kick boxing that an international fight of this stature has been organized in Uganda.
