Jean-Bosco Nsengimana, 22 won the 2015 Tour De Rwanda Cycling event in Kigali on Saturday.

The Rubavu based cyclist recorded an incredible timing of 23:54:50 hours in the seven-stage race that covered a total distance of 928.4 Kilometers.

“Good training has helped me get the endurance and stamina. I thank the rest of the riders for the good showing throughout the tour” an excited Nsengimana noted.

Eritrean rider, Eyob Metket won the stage of ten laps Kigali-Kigali after he clocked 3:02:35 hours.

He was followed by compatriot, Meron Amanuel, riding for Germany-based Team Bike Aid with 3:02:35.

Team Rwanda Akagera’s Joseph Areruya, Nsengimana and his Team Kalisimbi captain Hadi Janvier followed in third, fourth and fifth respectively with similar time of 3:02:35.
