Mathare United have released Noah Abich from their squad, ending his three year relationship with the club.
This comes in the wake of the looming second round of the Kenya Premier League which gets underway in a month’s time.
Abich – the clubs’s vice captain – learnt of the ordeal from the team manager who informed him of his release.
“Indeed, I have been released. I learnt it from the team manager who communicated to me to collect my release letter which I am yet to pick,” he told futaa.
He last played for Harambee Stars in 2015 Senior CECAFA Cup in Ethiopia under Harambee Stars coach Bobby Williamson.
