Former rally driver Phineas Kimathi was voted the new Kenya Motorsport Federation chairman during the Board of directors’ meeting that sat yesterday at the Federation offices.
“This is to inform you that following a BOD meeting held today at KMSF, the board unanimously elected Mr. Phineas Kimathi as the new chairman,” reads parts of the communication sent out by the Federation
Kimathi succeeds JS Vohra who stepped down after his two year tenure ended.
Kimathi sits in at the time when the Federation is in a series of administrative setbacks.
