The Uganda national netball university team to the United States of America left the country on Sunday.
12 players and five officials left Entebbe International Airport on Sunday aboard Emirates Airlines.
They were led by the NUSUF president Peninah Kabenge.
The journey had a transit night stop-over in Doha, Qatar before boarding for Miami at 8:30 a.m.

According to Thomas Muruka, a journalist working with Vision Group, who traveled as the media officer, the team will reach Miami on Monday evening.
We are expected to arrive in Miami at 4:25 p.m
Games start on Wednesday, 13th July 2016 as Uganda kick-starts the campaign with Great Britain.
On Thursday, team Uganda will play Australia before playing Jamaica on the subsequent day.
Ruth Meeme of Nkumba University is the team captain.
