Newly promoted Uganda Premier League club, Onduparaka Football Club from Arua Municipality has named Leo Adraa as the new club coach.

Adraa, who has been the head coach of the South Sudan national team – the Bright Stars was officially unveiled at the Green Light stadium on Wednesday evening.

He replaces Allan Kabonge whose contract with the club expired after promoting the club to the elite league and guiding the club, then in Big League to the Uganda Cup final.

Adraa recently resigned his job at the South Sudan national team for the rampant insecurity concerns before he returned home.

He has previously coached at SCOUL, Express before he left for South Sudan where he managed top sides – Malakia and Atalabara.

For his vast experience, he was deemed the best candidate for the job ahead of Harunah Mawa and Alex Gitta.
