Uganda Cranes head coach, Milutin ‘Micho’ Sredejovic will on Wednesday release the detailed road map for the team ahead of the AFCON 2017 finals in Gabon.

The road map will clearly spell out the dates for the training session, venues, intended training camps and possible international friendly matches.

According to the coach, it is a systematic lay out that will help plan well and execute tasks ahead in an orderly manner.

Early and good planning is key for many successful sides world over.

Already, a group of 25 players will begin training later on the same day in 4 different non residential training.

Uganda has already booked a training camp in Dubai with a potential international friendly match against the reigning African champions, Cote D’Ivoire who will also be in Dubai.

The provisional squad for AFCON 2017 finals will be announced on Wednesday, 30th November 2016.

The 25 man squad will conduct four non residential training sessions on 23rd, 24th, 27th and 28th November, 2016.

At the 2017 AFCON finals, Uganda Cranes is drawn in group D alongside Egypt, Ghana and Mali.
