Mamelodi Sundowns coach Pitso Mosimane feels his side misses Keagan Dolly.

Dolly helped guide Mosimane’s charges to a CAF Champions League along with PSL title credentials in the 2015/16 season.

As Sundowns face Kampala City Council Authority FC in their CAF Champions League encounter at the Lucas Moripe Stadium on Friday, Moismane feels there is a void the player left.

“I’m not saying we can’t play without Keagan Dolly‚” he told Herald Live.

“We’ve played many games without him but we just don’t have that balance we used to have on the left. I really missed him there against Cape Town City because he knows how to play inside and outside.

“We’ve been playing Themba Zwane, who has been cutting inside with his right foot.”

Dolly moved to Montpellier in Ligue 1 and Moismane says he has had to change the way his outfit plays.

“Dolly’s absence has made us change the way we play a bit on the left and we’ve had to use Percy Tau.

“But it’s been a problem when Percy is facing the goalkeeper because of us using him as a nine or a 10. We need to get a left-footed player in the next transfer window to fill that gap.”

KCCA FC travelled to South Africa with a decent record, having failed to score just once out of the 22 games they have played this season. They have netted a staggering 51 goals, conceding 16 in all competitions.
