KCCA Football Club manager Mike Mutebi became the first Ugandan tactician to guide a local side to the group stage of a continental competition.
KCCA knocked out Egyptian side Al Masry from the CAF Confederation Cup after winning a penalty shootout 4-3 and advanced to the group stage of the competition in the process.
And former Uganda Cranes star David Obua feels Mutebi, who was in charge of the national side in the yesteryears, should have a role on the technical team.
Obua tweeted;
Then am baffled why a coach like Mike Mutebi @KCCAFC doesn’t even have any role on the Ugandan technical team. “Buttocks”

Mutebi nearly guided the Kasasiro to the Champions League groups only to be denied by a late Anthony Laffor goal for Mamelodi Sundowns at Lugogo.
