The Kenya Simbas squad to play Tunisia in this weekend’s Rugby Africa Gold Cup action will be named on Thursday morning.

Jerome Paarwater’s charges sit fourth on the six-team log after the opening two rounds of the campaign.

Having  played out 33-all draw with Uganda in their first game, a few changes are expected in the team’s second game.

Kenya need to win on Saturday to stay in the run for the championship and keep in touch with early leaders Uganda and Namibia.

Now four points off the pace, a win will be enough to put them level on points with Uganda while a bonus point win will see them leapfrog the 2007 champions.

Namibia will be favourites to end the weekend as table leaders as they take on Senegal in Windhoek.

Tunisia began their campaign with a 53-7 home defeat to Namibia on Saturday, July 1 and will be looking to bounce back by posting their first ever win in Nairobi against a Simbas side that has dominated the three most recent outings between the two teams.

Tunisia are already occupying the last slot on the log and will be candidates for relegation this campaign.
