Regional Tour: Western Select, Uganda Cranes start lists released

Uganda Cranes national regional tours 2017

Ahead of the match between the Western Region Select and Uganda Cranes at the Kabale Municipal Stadium, the official team lists have been released.

It is an attack minded side named by the Uganda Cranes tactician, Milutin Sredejovic.

Nicholas Kasozi, Milton Karisa, Tom Masiko, Nelson Senkatuka, Shaban Muhammad and Erisa Ssekisambu will form the basis of the national side that also has Nico Wadada at right back and Brian Majwega on the left.

Onduparaka towering center forward Rashid Toha and SC Vila’s Benard Muwanga are the two center backs.

The rest of the players start on the sidelines as the coach intends to field two different teams for either halves.

Micho’s counterpart at the helm of the Western select team, Vialli Bianomugisha has Nyamityobora’s Yusuf Abato, Alex Mandela and Sadat Nsubuga as the key pillars.

The match will be officiated by Paul Turyamureba as center referee.

This is one of the numerous matches that the Uganda Cranes has played on the national tours.

The regional tours are jointly sponsored by Nile Breweries and Airtel Uganda Limited.

This particular match is a build up for the up coming CHAN 2018 qualifiers.
