If the Gods are to be crazy this weekend, Africa Cricket Club (ACC) needs to clobber SKPLS in Buddo for dead to remain with a chance of overhauling nearest rivals Strikers for a place in Division One.
Strikers are ahead of ACC on Net Run Rate with the former on 1.4 and the latter on 0.4, ACC can only overhaul this total if they score big.
However, SKPLS are not very easy customers and thus ACC will need to be at its absolute best to be able to pick up the win with a bonus point.
ACC vice captain and one of their most on form players Amos Kyazze discussed strategy on how they will approach the game on Sunday;
We’ve agreed to make changes in the top order because we need to make a good start if we are to set a good target and win with the bonus point.
Premier is smiling all the way to Division 1 as this tussle doesn’t affect them and now they are the only team guaranteed of promotion while Strikers will be praying that either SKPLS this weekend or Jinja SS next weekend do them some favor.
All 3 teams can finish on the same number of points provided ACC wins its last 2 games and then it will come down to Net Run Rate among the 3 of them but with Premier on 1.7 they are more or less safe and battle remains between ACC and Strikers.
Meanwhile, Division One champions Damani will be take on Tornado B in Lugogo in what could have been a title decider if only Tornado B had a better second round.

Challengers take on hapless Partidar. There can only be one winner in this fixture as Partidar has been very poor this season. They have failed to win a game this season and have been on the receiving end of more than 2000 runs. The way they can be safe from a beating is if they bat first which would mean this game will end by lunch time.
On Saturday, Division 3 champions Pirates will take Mwiri in Lugogo in another placement game. Pirates have already been promoted to Division 2 but the expatriates will definitely not be taking this game lightly.
For Kasujja Quarish and his Mwiri men this will be a chance for them to try and finish as high as possible on the 5 team log.
