Proline will hope to continue with their decent form at home when they host UPDF on Saturday at Lugogo Stadium.
Mujib Kasule’s side lost their last league game in form of a 2-1 defeat to Kirinya-Jinja SSS at Bugembe Stadium, but their last two home games ended with the side triumphing.
They beat Soana 2-0 to secure their first victory of the campaign before thumping league debutants Mbarara City 3-0. Kasule and his boys will be hopeful their return to Lugogo comes along with results similar to the two above as they seek for the third victory in the league.
Added to that, Proline will pray UPDF continue with their poor run on the road. UPDF have been terrible travellers this term, losing all their three games away from home.
The recent two defeats came back to back, with the side losing to both SC Villa and Bul. It is at home that they’ve been decent and they head into tomorrow’s game off the back of a 2-2 home draw with Masavu.
A first away win is what they’ll be aiming at on Saturday and if they manage to secure it, it will get them out of the relegation zone as they are currently placed 14th with just five points.
Victory will also see them topple their hosts who are seated eleventh with seven points.
As for Proline, the three points will take them sixth if SC Villa fail to win against KCCA.
