2017 J-Mukasa Cup:
- J-Life 3-2 Fimbo Academy
- 5-Stars 1-1 Masigid Noor

The 2017 J-Mukasa football tournament continued on Saturday with a double header fixture at Nkumba primary school play ground, popularly known as Kataka in Katabi sub county.
J-Life’s 3-2 victory over Fimbo Academy opened the day in the early kick off game before 5 Stars and Masigid Noor shared the spoils in the subsequent match.
Geofrey Twebaze and Kassim Agaba scored to give J-Life a 2-0 lead by the half time break.
David Ssempebwa then stretched the lead as soon as the second half had resumed.

Allan Mulindwa then scored a quick brace including a beautiful free-kick to create a tense finish to the game.
Mulindwa turned villain after missing a penalty following a malicious foul onto Rashidi Jombwe.
With goalkeeper Peter Wasswa having dived to his right, Mulindwa placed the ball onto the lower bottom post, denying his team the much deserved equalizer.

Meanwhile, 5-Stars and Masigi Noor played to a one all draw in the second game on the day.
Hashim Miiro gave 5 Stars the lead against the run of play before Elias Ramathan equalized for Masigid Noor.
