The 2017 J-Mukasa football tournament continued on Saturday with a double header fixture at Nkumba primary school play ground, popularly known as Kataka in Katabi sub county.

J-Life’s 3-2 victory over Fimbo Academy opened the day in the early kick off game before 5 Stars and Masigid Noor shared the spoils in the subsequent match.

Geofrey Twebaze and Kassim Agaba scored to give J-Life a 2-0 lead by the half time break.

David Ssempebwa then stretched the lead as soon as the second half had resumed.

Allan Mulindwa then scored a quick brace including a beautiful free-kick to create a tense finish to the game.

Mulindwa turned villain after missing a penalty following a malicious foul onto Rashidi Jombwe.

With goalkeeper Peter Wasswa having dived to his right, Mulindwa placed the ball onto the lower bottom post, denying his team the much deserved equalizer.
