Allan Kateregga describe the moment he made his debut for Uganda Cranes as special.

The dancing Rasta as famously known by his fans played over an hour in Uganda Cranes’ goalless draw with Burundi on Monday at the ongoing CECAFA Senior Challenge Cup.

“It’s special,” the KCCA midfielder, on loan from AFC Leopards told Kawowo Sports.  “I am looking for more games and positive results,” he added.

Kateregga played on the left side of midfield and consistently troubled the Burundi defence with his trickery and crosses before he was replaced with another debutant, in Police FC striker Hood Kaweesa.

His next chance will come against South Sudan as the Cranes vie to win only the third CECAFA Cup on Kenyan soil in six attempts.
