
African super middleweight champion Moses Golola, has promised to turn his Hungarian Andras Nagy, “Black” when they tussle it out for the vacant WKF intercontinental super middleweight title fight on December 9 at Hotel Africana.
“I am going to beat this guy and turn him “Black” and when he returns to his country his people will not accept him,” Golola said at
the launch of his fight at Hotel Africana today. “I don’t want to know about the man’s record and I don’t want him to last even three rounds.”
It will be the Ugandan fighter’s first major fight that will lead him to greater fights in his career. The fight is being promoted by leading journalist Patrick Kanyomozi under his company Kweli Productions. The fight is sanctioned by the Uganda Kick-Boxing Federation and will have a supervisor from World Kick-Boxing Federation,who will be president of the world body Fritz Exenberg along side Europe director Istvan Roman the main event will also feature six support fights with Kenya’s Kevin Owiyo taking on Kanda Kabonga from DR Congo it will also feature Sudanese fighters Michael Getbar from Southern Sudan taking on Abdul Nasser from Uganda in 70 kilograms while James Koul from Southern Sudan takes on Shakur Bwete of Uganda in 80 kilograms then John Ssebuyinza from Uganda battles Johnson Mugashya from Tanzania in 75 kilograms.
It’s going to be classic fight and classic promotion according to Kanyomozi. There will be three foreign referees/judges who will be assisted by local officials Alfonse Kaka from Kenya, Japhet Kaseba from Tanzania and Puro Okello from South Sudan.
