Uganda Super League partnership with SuperSport, have launched their online presence this week in the form of both their Internet(www.usl.ug) and mobile sites (mobi.usl.ug).
The USL official launched its revamped website ahead of the Bell Lager double header super league games between Police FC and Express and KCC FC and SC Villa at Mandela stadium.
“This for us is a milestone,” said USL director Fred Muwema, “This will bridge the gap between USL and the public and we thank SuperSport for being active partners.”
All news, interviews, results, statistics, match previews and reports are updated on the site on the dot. Fans need never be in the dark again when it comes to following the country’s top teams as on offer will be features such as video highlights, all the latest news, match reports,fixtures, results and logs, as well as fantastic interactive ability through both Facebook and Twitter integration.
USL board chairman Julius Kavuma Kabenge said “ this is the only way to woo the new ICT age fans back to the stadium.”
“We thank SuperSport and as USL, nothing will stop us. This is just the beginning.”
SuperSport International Brand Manager(Africa) Itumeleng Senne said this is one of the many partnerships that will see Ugandan football grow.
