Fire Masters FC extinguishes Utoda FC in Bell USL

Fire Masters Alex Witab extinguished Utoda FC’s hope’s in the 15 minute in a lowly Bell Lager Uganda Super League game at Mutesa II stadium, Wankulukuku this afternoon.

Witab, who was wasteful for most parts of the game struck from close range tapping in a brilliant in-swing cross from Francis Mutebi, to put the Fire Boys infront.

The Kavumba based side looked the lively side and should have scored more than one goal in a game that was played by two relegation candidates they had Charles Asiki, second goal cancelled for off-side.

The win was the fourth for Fire Masters, who floating just above the drop zone with 15 points out of 16 games and lie in the 13 position.

Utoda FC lies in 13 position with 5 points. “I am glad that we picked up the points away from home I hope this is the beginning of a good run for the side,” Leo Adraa, the Fire Masters FC coach said. “The Boys where to wasteful and we should have had more goals if it wasn’t sluggisness.”
