Golfer Vincent Katutsi and in-form Irene Nakalembe, picked up their best form when it matter most by claiming the Orange/Castle Lite Monthly mug of April at the Entebbe golf club on Saturday.
Katutsi playing off handicap 12 finished with a score of 71 nett on count back claimed the overall men’s crown beating a strong field of 81 golfers. Morris Ongwech
playing off handicap four kept his early season form with a score of 79 nett to win group A.
The men’s group B and C where taken by Andreas Eberhard and Innocent Kihika, the Entebbe golf club chairman with scores of 71 nett and 73 nett on count back.
Irene Nakalembe continued her good form by claiming the overall women’s crown when she returned with a score of 69 nett. Edward Goloba was guest winner with 76 nett.
