Express FC drop points at home to Water FCater FC

Express FC wasted a glorious chance to go four points clear at the top of the table after drawing goal less with Water FC in a dull game played this evening at Wankulukuku Stadium. Sam Ssimbwa’s side remain top with 44 points, two ahead of second placed URA FC and three ahead of third placed Bunamwaya SC.

However, they have played three and two games more than Alex Isabirye and Edward Golola’s sides respectively. The Express FC side looked tired from the start to finish and were lucky to get a point as Charles

Ayiekho’s side missed some scoring chances.

Striker Erias Ssekisambu blamed the loss of two points to fatigue. “Some of us have been with the national U-20 team and then the Coach took the team to Mubende on Sunday for a friendly match that exhausted them, we’re dissapointed but lets shift focus to the next games and hope our opponents also lose points”, a dissapointed Ssekisambu said.
