To be the best you have to meet the best and undefeated North American Boxing Organisation lightweight champion Sharif “The Lion”Bogere wants the creme de la creme in his division as he seeks to conquer it.
The Las Vegas based prize fighter told Kawowo Sports that he would love to meet most of the champions in his division, but at the moment his task is to maintain his high stakes in boxing.
“There many good fighters in my weight and it would be great to fight the champions at any given time however first things first is to keep working hard to get my opportunity at them,” Bogere said in a message. “If given the chance I would like to fight Antonio de Marco,Ricky Burns and Miguel Vazquez, who are all champions in my division.”
Bogere, will second defense of his NABO title against Mexican Manuel Leyva on the Amir Khan/Lamont Peterson undercard on May 19 at the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino,Las Vegas Nevada.
The Las Vegas based fighter goes into his up-coming fight with a record of 22 wins and 14 within the distance.
