UAF would have loved to send a team of nine but
owing to financial constraints, four other athletes will miss the games.
With over 180 countries expected to take part, Palanda is positive the five will bring remarkable results home.

In the past edition held in Moncton two years ago, Uganda finished 36th after picking only two bronze just like the hosts Canada.
