Eastern region winners of last year’s Uganda Golf Union Inter-Region golf tournament will have to explore their options on different ground this year as the 18 hole Entebbe golf course will be this year’s venue of choice .
This year’s event will tee off on August 31-Sept 1 at the Entebbe
golf club which has been choosen to host this prestigious team event for the first time.
It will be the first time that this team event will be switching venue with it switching from Uganda Golf Club to Entebbe.
Last year Eastern Region broke a 23 year jinx to claim their maiden title stealing the crown from pre-tournament favorities and 2010 winners Buganda however they also halted record holders Western Region who where eyeing their 15 crown.
