Fourteen teams will be vying for a dream ticket to a fully paid dream destination come this Saturday as the Dasani Golf Series finale reaches a climax this Saturday at the par 72 Uganda Golf Club,Kitante.
Four teams from Kampala,Three from Entebbe,Two from Jinja,Two from Mbarara,One from Kilembe and Two Fort Portal. Each team is made up of four golfers who will win a fully paid up trip to a to dream golf destination courtesy of the sponsors Dasani.
The mode of play for the one day finale will be stableford points with a full handicap their will be a subsidiary expect to attract close to 150 golfers.
This year the professional golfers will be battling for a cash prize of 10 million that has been offered by the sponsors Century Bottling Company under Dasani. They will also be conducting a golf clinic during the tournament.
Last year Entebbe’s team made up of Joseph Bogera, Henry Lujja, Vincent Katutsi and Alexander Kasendwa, claimed the overall winners ticket to a fully sponsored trip to Phuket,Thailand. This year who will win the grand finale? We shall keep you posted.
