Ugandan professional golfers will have to be at their very best tomorrow when they face off with Rwanda’s Emmanuel Ruterana and Jean Bapiste Hakizimana in the Dasani Series with 10 million shillings for stake at the par 72 Kitante golf course.
A total of 22 professionals including their visiting
challengers will tee off at the splendid 18 hole golf course at Kitante tomorrow and will later hold a golf clinic at the range.
Kenya’s David Odiambo was yet to confirm his participation thus likely to increase the field on the day they will conclude their action on Saturday as the Dasani Golf Series reaches a climax with 14 teams vying for a dream golf holiday courtesy of Dasani Water, the sponsors of this team event tournament.
Last year Entebbe’s team made up of Joseph Bogera, Henry Lujja, Vincent Katutsi and Alexander Kasendwa, claimed the overall winners ticket to a fully sponsored trip to Phuket,Thailand. This year who will win the grand finale? We shall keep you posted.
