Bogere comes up against an ackward fighter when he goes for the vacant World Boxing Association lightweight. A win for him will place him in Uganda’s boxing record history as the sixth world champion following the same foot steps of boxing greats John “The Beast” Mugabi,Ayub Kalule,Cornelius Boza Edwards,Kassim “The Dream” Ouma and Jackson “Action”Asiku.

Kawowo sports in earlier wrote that the fight will feature on ShowTime, but the organisers have now shifted the event to Home Box Office and will be held at the Citizens Business Bank Arena, Ontario,California.
